Overview
The Shark Clicks team worked on developing the best websites, including the vagus travelco tourism website, which is considered one of the best tourism companies currently available and specializes in organizing tourism trips and fully integrated tour packages inside and outside Egypt. Our goal was to provide the best easy and simple booking experience that allows customers to choose the suitable tour for them without fatigue or difficulties. Through our company’s expertise in developing websites and applications according to the best web design standards, we integrated multiple languages to provide customers from all countries with a secure electronic payment experience and guaranteed booking with direct payment. Our Role
- We worked on setting a strategy that highlights the brand to showcase the company’s distinctive character and complete tourism tours.
- We worked on developing the Design System in terms of fonts, colors, icons, and designing trip cards in the best attractive and distinctive ways.
- We worked on providing electronic payment services and payment gateways such as (Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, payment via Apple Pay, and integration with the National Bank of Egypt electronic payment gateway through Visa and MasterCard, Commercial International Bank, Arab African International Bank, Paymob for electronic payments, payment via Meeza card, or payment via electronic wallet, or payment via Vodafone Cash).
- We designed the user experience and user interface UX/UI for booking and trip pages, with the option to customize the trip according to the client’s preference.
- We developed the entire website on the PHP platform with significant improvement in performance and loading speed.
- We integrated multiple languages and supported the electronic payment system to facilitate international booking and provide the best secure and guaranteed payment experience for customers.
The challenge
The main challenge for Shark Clicks was to present the largest possible variety of daily trips and long tourism tours in an easy and clear way for customers while browsing, while providing customers with the ability to customize the trips they desire and pay electronically with ease and without complexity, while maintaining good website performance and high speed.
Our Approach
The team studied the company’s identity and the target audience to create the Customer Journey map to make it easier for customers to choose trips and book easily and in the fastest time possible. We designed the initial wireframes, then moved to visual design mockups, which were reviewed with the client to ensure alignment between the design and the brand identity. During development, the focus was on improving performance quality and user experience across all devices, while adding multiple languages and various electronic payment options.
