Man Ahyaha

Overview

Our team worked on developing the best fully integrated digital experience for the Man Ahyaha Charity website, with a focus on highlighting the many charitable fields provided by the organization, such as family sponsorship, housing construction, water provision, relieving the distress of indebted women, and many other services, in a clear and transparent manner that reflects the humanitarian mission of the organization. We also focused on designing a simple and user-friendly interface that helps users understand the association’s various programs clearly and quickly, and facilitates access to donation pages through a clear path with fewer steps. In addition, we paid close attention to improving the mobile browsing experience to ensure fast access to the required information and smooth interaction with the content. We organized the pages and content in a way that helps increase visitors’ trust and encourages support and participation, while maintaining a consistent visual identity that reflects the values and objectives of the charitable organization.

Our Role

  1. We worked on creating and developing an optimal visual system that clearly and simply reflects the charitable and humanitarian nature of the organization.
  2. We developed a comprehensive Design System that includes icons, typography, and various card styles.
  3. We worked on providing electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, ValU, Apple Pay, and integration with the National Bank of Egypt e-payment gateway via Visa and MasterCard, Arab African International Bank, Paymob for electronic payments, Cashier for electronic payments, Amazon Payments, PayTabs, Meeza Card payments, electronic wallet payments, and Vodafone Cash payments.
  4. We designed the UX/UI for the various program pages such as cases, donations, seasonal projects, and many other different projects.
  5. We developed the website using PHP and professionally enhanced performance efficiency and speed.
  6. We ensured the reorganization of content in a simple and clear manner to enable users to understand all programs and support them in making donation decisions easily and without complexity.
  7. We integrated multiple secure electronic payment gateways.
  8. We improved the mobile experience and ensured platform compatibility across different devices.

The challenge

The challenge was to present a large and diverse number of programs such as water provision, house building, sponsorship of those in need, and many other services in a well-organized, clear, and understandable way without causing confusion or complexity for users during their visit to the website, while ensuring that the donation journey remains clearly streamlined across all programs offered by the organization.

Our Approach

We began by analyzing the existing content structure and mapping the user journey from the moment they enter the website until the completion of the donation process. We then designed wireframes for all pages and moved on to the final designs in a way that aligns with the organization’s identity. During development, we focused on improving speed and organizing program pages to better serve visitors, integrated multiple electronic payment methods, and conducted full testing to ensure stable performance and smooth browsing across both mobile and web platforms without complexity.

Customer Journey

One of the most important stages in executing the project was the client journey with us, which is considered one of the key factors for the project’s success. The client collaborated with us throughout all stages, from approving the designs and the way programs are presented to testing the donation experience on the website before launch. This collaboration helped us create a clear and simple website that reflects the organization’s mission and the importance of the services it provides to the community.
