Together for a Better Life
Overview
The Shark Clicks team developed the digital experience for the Together for a Better Life website, which is considered one of the best projects we have worked on. The goal was to highlight humanitarian programs such as women empowerment, child care, developmental support, and quality-of-life improvement projects. Accordingly, we focused on building an interface that clearly, simply, and directly explains the organization’s fieldwork, making it easy for users to explore initiatives and donation methods quickly and smoothly. We also ensured stable performance and improved mobile responsiveness. Additionally, we paid close attention to organizing content in the most effective way to reflect its real-life impact and help visitors clearly understand the organization’s mission and goals. Therefore, we emphasized enhancing the user experience through clear and easy navigation paths that strongly support interaction and encourage community participation.
Our Role
- The team created a fully integrated visual system that reflects the humanitarian and developmental identity of the organization.
- We worked on providing electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, Apple Pay, Arab African International Bank, Paymob for electronic payments, Cashier for electronic payments, Amazon Payments, PayTabs, Meeza card payments, electronic wallet payments, and Vodafone Cash.
- We developed a complete Design System that includes typography, icons, colors, and program display patterns.
- We designed the UX/UI for all community program pages, reports, donations, and initiatives.
- We completely restructured the program content to present goals in a clear and understandable manner.
- We developed the website using PHP and improved site speed and stability during browsing.
- We integrated multiple secure and reliable electronic donation methods.
- We professionally optimized the mobile experience and ensured full responsiveness across all devices.
The challenge
Our main challenge was presenting a wide range of community programs—from child education and support to women empowerment and diverse developmental work—within a single website in a well-organized and easy-to-understand way, while maintaining a clear and concise donation flow that directly serves visitors. It was also essential to simplify content presentation without affecting the true meaning of the information and to ensure smooth navigation across all sections, while delivering a fast and seamless user experience on all devices.
Our Approach
We began by analyzing the existing content and how the different programs were presented, then mapped the user journey from entering the website to completing the donation process easily and effortlessly. After that, we designed wireframes and moved on to visual interfaces aligned with the organization’s identity. We also integrated multiple electronic payment gateways and conducted extensive testing to ensure stable and reliable performance across all devices.
Customer Journey
One of the most important stages that helped us successfully execute the project was involving the client throughout all phases. The client participated with us from approving the appropriate and correct presentation of programs to professionally testing the donation flow before launch. This collaboration helped deliver a distinctive website that reflects the organization’s social mission and provides a clear, simple, and effective experience for supporters and beneficiaries.
