Overview
Our team participated in the development of the Afaq Financial application, which is considered one of the best digital platforms licensed by the Capital Market Authority. It allows investors to start their investments with an amount starting from 1,000 SAR, with the ability to invest in sukuk compliant with Islamic Shariah principles. The application provides a simple and seamless digital experience for tracking sukuk, funds, and private equity, as well as managing investment portfolios in a professional, unified, secure, and guaranteed manner.
Afaq Financial Investment Company is considered one of the most important and largest companies providing financial and investment services in the Saudi market, having achieved major successes in recent times, which has made it one of the strongest licensed and trusted companies that clients from all over the world seek to invest with safely and confidently, without fear of fraud and scams as happens with other unknown-source companies. Therefore, thanks to the many diverse solutions, the professional system, and adherence to the approved standards of the Saudi Capital Market Authority, our company has become the first and best choice for all investors in the Arab world without dispute.
Our Role
- We developed the brand strategy to enhance trust and credibility in providing all investment services.
- We created a complete design system that includes colors, fonts, and icons reflecting the nature of the different investment products.
- We provided multiple electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, Apple Pay, Commercial International Bank (CIB), Arab African International Bank, PayTabs payment company, Meeza Card payments, electronic wallet payments, and Vodafone Cash payments.
- We developed the User Interface and User Experience (UX/UI) for all investment pages, portfolio management, and distribution tracking.
- The application was created on Android and iOS platforms with high-quality performance and a smooth, reliable experience.
- We worked on providing a secure and guaranteed electronic payment system that enables investors to complete and track their investments easily and safely.
The challenge
The main challenge was presenting all types of investments available on the platform, whether funds, sukuk, or private equity, in the simplest, clearest, and easiest way for individual investors, while maintaining site performance, fast transaction execution, and ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience for all investors.
Our Approach
We defined the user journey in collaboration with the client to simplify the registration steps, follow-up process, and selection of the appropriate investment for each individual. We worked on designing wireframes and visual mockups in agreement with the Afaq team, and developed the application with a focus on site speed, ease of navigation, attention to the payment system, and real-time portfolio updates.
