Ahl Masr
Overview
Our company worked on developing a professionally advanced digital version of the Ahl Masr website, which is considered one of the most important charitable organizations currently operating. The goal was to facilitate and simplify the donation journey and present the foundation’s programs in a clear and transparent manner. We focused on enhancing the user experience, organizing humanitarian content, and supporting mobile devices, while adding many interactive elements such as VR360 to realistically showcase all projects, which enhances visitors’ trust. We also made sure to highlight the role of Ahl Masr Foundation as one of the leading humanitarian institutions in providing the best medical and therapeutic support services for burn victims, and to shed light on its mission of saving victims’ lives and improving the quality of life of those affected. The digital experience was designed to fully reflect the humanitarian values of the foundation and to make it easier for donors to learn about its various programs and projects, which enhances transparency and credibility and encourages users to actively participate in supporting its community mission.
Our Role
- We worked on developing the digital identity to reflect the charitable and humanitarian mission of the foundation.
- We worked on creating a Design System to unify colors, icons, and fonts.
- We worked on providing electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, and payment via Apple Pay, Paymob for electronic payments, Cashier for electronic payments, Amazon Payments, PayTabs, payment via Meeza Card, payment via electronic wallets, or payment via Vodafone Cash.
- We designed UX/UI interfaces for case pages, donations, and programs.
- We worked on developing the website using PHP and optimizing speed with the highest quality and professional performance.
- We worked on integrating electronic donations and connecting secure and reliable payment gateways.
- We improved the mobile experience and ensured website compatibility with all devices.
- We integrated and displayed VR360 tours to showcase all projects and locations in a more interactive and realistic way.
The challenge
The challenge we faced was organizing a large amount of content such as cases, campaigns, programs, and articles into an easy and simple experience while maintaining a smooth and fast donation flow without complications. This was achieved through creating smart content and clear classifications that help visitors reach the required information quickly and easily. We also focused on simplifying all interaction steps within the website and reducing the number of clicks, which ensures a smooth experience that encourages visitors to continue and complete the donation process easily and securely with a high sense of trust.
Our Approach
We started by analyzing the content and user needs, then defined the user experience flow for donation and browsing. We worked on designing wireframes and developing visual interfaces, then moved to the development and speed optimization phase with a professional mobile experience. We also integrated the electronic payment system and conducted full testing to ensure fast and smooth performance across all different devices, in addition to displaying VR360 tours within all project-related pages.

The client participated with us in most stages of the project, from reviewing wireframes to final designs and donation testing. This continuous collaboration helped us deliver a clear and easy user experience with professional organization of programs and cases, along with full support for displaying VR360 within the website.
