Overview
The Shark Clicks team participated in developing the Egypt Tours Gate tourism website, which is considered one of the best tourism companies currently available worldwide and a source of trust and safety for customers. Therefore, it offers tourism and historical tours inside and outside Egypt. Our goal was to provide a clear and easy booking experience, with support for electronic payment through the easiest methods and the ability to choose trips according to customers’ preferences, while highlighting the company’s credibility and extensive experience in building websites and applications with full professionalism and high quality.

Therefore, our company has become the first and best choice for many customers around the world and a source of trust and safety from the beginning of the journey until a safe return, without feeling fear or anxiety during visits, while ensuring the provision of various entertainment and tourism trips that suit all tastes and cultures around the world, and taking into account the requirements of all customers during the trip to ensure their comfort and safety. Our Role
- We worked on setting a complete brand strategy for the company to highlight its extensive experience in organizing various tourism tours and trips around the world.
- We worked on providing electronic payment services and payment gateways such as (Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, payment via Apple Pay, integration with the National Bank of Egypt electronic payment gateway through Visa and MasterCard, Paymob for electronic payments, Cashier for electronic payments, Amazon Payments, PayTabs for payments, payment via Meeza card, or payment via electronic wallet, or payment via Vodafone Cash).
- We created a complete design system that includes fonts, colors, and icons for tourism, historical, and cultural trips.
- We created UX/UI interfaces for trip and tour pages, with the ability to customize trips according to different customer preferences.
- We professionally developed the website using PHP, while working on improving performance and loading speed effectively.
- We provided secure and easy electronic payment systems to manage bookings in a professional manner.
The challenge
The main challenge was presenting the catalog of diverse and varied trips in a smooth and clear way, while maintaining website performance and speed and achieving a balance between website design pricing and execution with the highest quality, with the ability to book and pay quickly without facing any difficulties, and supporting multiple different languages to assist customers in browsing from all over the world
Our Approach
Our implementation began with professionally studying the website identity and the target audience, then creating the Customer Journey map to facilitate browsing and booking for customers. After designing the initial wireframes by the specialized web development team, we focused on visual designs (mockups) and reviewed them with the client to ensure professional alignment with the visual identity during the application programming and development phase. We also focused on improving performance and user experience across all devices, while providing multiple languages and secure and guaranteed electronic payment options.
Customer Journey
During the customer journey with us, the client participated in most stages of development and design, including choosing colors and fonts and testing the website in its final form. The result was the creation of a digital platform that reflects the tourism identity professionally and delivers an easy and fast booking experience, with high-quality performance and full support for international customers from all countries through support for multiple languages and a secure and simple payment system.
