Manafea
Overview
Our team worked on developing the Manafea platform, which is considered the best fintech platform that enables investors to finance small and medium-sized enterprises through invoice debt financing and equity ownership, with a minimum investment starting from 1,000 SAR. The platform offers Sharia compliance, high transparency, and new and innovative financing solutions to meet all the needs of investors and entrepreneurs. After the great success our company has achieved over the past years, and clients obtaining the highest investment profit rates worldwide—rates that no other companies have achieved before—many people continued to ask: what is the Manafea investment application? They searched for it to achieve guaranteed investment success remotely without having to waste time and money without benefit or invest in other unknown-source companies. Therefore, our company always works to provide the best investment services across the Arab world, to become one of the most important and largest investment companies worldwide and the most credible compared to many other companies.
Our Role
- We worked on developing the brand strategy to highlight the platform’s reliability and its focus on all Islamic financing solutions.
- We worked on providing electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, ValU, Apple Pay, Arab African International Bank, Paymob for electronic payments, Cashier for electronic payments, Amazon Payments, PayTabs for payments, payment via Meeza Card, payment via electronic wallet, or payment via Vodafone Cash.
- We created a unified Design System that includes professional colors, clear fonts, and icons representing invoice financing and equity ownership for investors with ease and simplicity.
- We worked on designing the user experience and user interface (UX/UI) for all financing request pages, invoice investment, and the equity platform.
- We developed the platform with a focus on website performance and digital user experience, transforming it into an easy and flexible experience from registration to financing or investment.
- We integrated electronic crowdfunding mechanisms while providing technology that ensures transparency and compliance with all principles of Islamic Sharia.
The challenge
Among the challenges we faced was working on delivering diverse and advanced financing solutions in an easy and simple way for individual investors and business owners, while ensuring risk management, Sharia compliance, and fast financing execution without difficulties or complications. In addition, it was necessary to achieve a balance between innovation and clarity, while simplifying complex financial concepts and transforming them into an easy and simple user experience, building high trust among investors, and ensuring full transparency across all different financing stages.
Our Approach
We defined the user journey map in agreement with the client to simplify the steps of requesting investment and financing. We worked on designing wireframes and visual mockups, which were reviewed with the Manafea team during the development phase. We focused on providing professional performance to facilitate simple investment for users, and supporting investor management and digital transactions.
Customer Journey
The client participated with us from the very first design sessions until the professional launch and operation of the platform, enabling investors and entrepreneurs to access easy and secure financing opportunities safely, and empowering them to invest in large companies with full safety and confidence, in compliance with Islamic Sharia.
