PayTabs
Overview
Our team worked on developing the interface and digital services for PayTabs, which is considered the best and easiest electronic payment gateway and multi-payment solution for electronic merchants. It aims to enable merchants to accept payments in a fast and secure way, whether online, through QR payment links, or through various digital wallets. During the implementation, we focused on building a clear user experience that makes it easy for merchants to manage their financial operations and track reports and transfers with ease and clarity. We also ensured enhancing security and protection elements to guarantee the highest levels of trust in all different electronic transactions. After that, we improved performance speed and service integration with various systems to ensure operational efficiency. This development helped support the growth of digital businesses and expand payment acceptance with flexibility and professionalism.
Our Role
- We worked on designing the user experience and user interface (UI/UX) for the PayTabs digital platform.
- We organized the content and offers for all different payment services such as cards, payment links, wallets, invoices, and QR.
- We provided electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, Apple Pay, and integration with the National Bank of Egypt electronic payment gateway through Visa and MasterCard, Commercial International Bank (CIB), Arab African International Bank, Kashier for electronic payments, payment via Meeza Card, payment via e-wallets, and payment via Vodafone Cash.
- We developed the website to be compatible with all different devices and to operate smoothly and easily.
- We integrated multiple payment solutions such as wallets, cards, and multiple currencies to serve the largest possible audience.
- We ensured stable performance and fast loading speed to facilitate the merchant and user experience.
The challenge
Our challenge was the ability to integrate the largest possible number of payment options and different services such as wallets, cards, payment links, QR, and multiple currencies within one platform while maintaining simplicity and ease of performance. We also had to ensure high security in all digital transactions.
Our Approach
We began our implementation steps by designing a clear and easy-to-navigate user interface with a backend structure that supports integration with multiple payment systems. We integrated various payment solutions within the platform, including cards, invoices, wallets, links, and QR, along with an advanced PCI-DSS secure payment protection system. Finally, we conducted performance and security tests to ensure that the platform can process payments easily and reliably.
Customer Journey
The client journey with us was one of the most important stages of the project implementation. We worked with the PayTabs team to translate their digital vision into a practical and effective website that clearly presents all services and encourages merchants to use the platform easily. Now, the platform enables merchants to manage their payments and allows small sellers to enter the world of digital commerce through Paymes with confidence and simplicity.
