Arab Center for the Sustainability of Civil Work
Overview
The Shark Clicks team worked on developing the digital services of the ASC-MEK website, which is considered the best platform aimed at supporting and developing the capacities of non-governmental organizations through performance evaluation tools, such as setting institutional policies and facilitating development resources and civil work. During implementation, we focused on delivering an organized digital experience that enables users to access available tools and resources in an easy and simple way. We also worked on designing professional interfaces that reflect the nature of the platform and its developmental mission. We ensured improving the content structure to guarantee easy navigation across different sections and quick access to information without complications. In addition, we optimized the platform to be compatible with all different devices to ensure the best performance and continuous usability.
Our Role
- We designed the full UI/UX of the website.
- We organized the content and main sections such as Courses and Programs, Organizations Network, Performance Development Lab, and Resources and Reports.
- We developed the website to operate smoothly and compatibly across various devices such as mobile and desktop.
- We provided electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, Apple Pay, and integration with the National Bank of Egypt electronic payment gateway through Visa and MasterCard, Commercial International Bank (CIB), Arab African International Bank, Amazon Payment Services, payment via Meeza Card, payment via e-wallets, and payment via Vodafone Cash.
- We organized and presented various services and opportunities such as grants, workshops, programs, and training in a clear and easily accessible manner.
The challenge
Our challenge was the ability to organize the largest possible amount of program content, services, entities, files, and resources within one platform easily and without complexity, while maintaining a simple, fast, and user-friendly experience that can serve organizations and individuals at the highest level regardless of their different backgrounds.
Our Approach
We began our implementation by designing a clear content map (Site Map) that includes all the center’s sections and services. We designed clean and simple user interfaces that facilitate access to services and information. We developed the website to be responsive and to operate smoothly on both mobile and desktop. Finally, we ensured that programs, news, and reports are presented in a clear and organized manner.
Customer Journey
Because the client journey is one of the most important stages it goes through, we collaborated with the ASC-MEK team to define the website structure and the required services. They also participated in reviewing the designs and content before launch. In the end, we achieved the best organized and flexible digital platform that is easy to use and reflects their mission in supporting all non-governmental organizations and facilitating access to resources and programs.
