Overview

The Shark Clicks team worked on developing the website and digital services for Zaytoun Developments, which is considered one of the leading real estate development companies in the real estate market. Our goal was to translate their real estate vision into the best digital platform that reflects the company’s professionalism and makes it easier for investors and clients to explore their numerous and diverse real estate projects, whether residential, medical, or commercial, with complete clarity and ease. We also focused on improving the user experience by designing modern and user-friendly interfaces that support smooth navigation and quick access to information without distraction or complexity. Additionally, we worked on enhancing the strengths and competitive advantages of all projects in an attractive and well-structured manner. Moreover, we optimized the platform to be compatible with various devices to ensure the best possible performance. This development helped strengthen the company’s digital presence, increase communication opportunities, and convert potential clients into actual customers.

Our Role

  1. We worked on designing the full UX/UI of the website.
  2. We organized the content and main sections within the website such as Projects, About the Company, Partners, and Contact Us.
  3. We provided electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, Apple Pay, and integration with the National Bank of Egypt electronic payment gateway through Visa and MasterCard, Paymob for electronic payments, Kashier for electronic payments, Amazon Payment Services, PayTabs for payments, payment via Meeza Card, payment via e-wallets, and payment via Vodafone Cash.
  4. We professionally developed the website to operate smoothly and efficiently across all devices.
  5. We presented the projects in an attractive way with clear details for clients and investors.
  6. We ensured improving the website speed and easy access to information.

The challenge

One of the major challenges we faced was integrating virtual reality technologies into an easy-to-use electronic platform that works smoothly and seamlessly across all different types of devices. We also faced the challenge of balancing high visual accuracy and performance speed while providing the best educational experience that motivates the learner and makes them an active part of the virtual environment.

Our Approach

Our implementation steps began with studying the needs of the global and local educational market and analyzing the nature of users’ interaction with virtual experiences. Then, we designed an integrated technical structure that supports running all virtual reality environments with the highest possible quality. We also developed the platform using the latest programming languages that support all interactive experiences, along with conducting precise testing to ensure stability and ease of use.

Customer Journey

The client journey is considered one of the most important stages we go through during project implementation. We collaborated with the Zaytoun team to define the content and the appropriate presentation style for them. They also participated in reviewing the design before launch. The final website reflected the company’s identity professionally and made it easier for clients and investors to access projects and information.
