Dar Mass
Overview
The Shark Clicks team worked on developing the website and services of Dar Mass Engineering Consultants, an engineering consultancy office in Kuwait, with the aim of presenting the best professional image of the company online and showcasing all its engineering and architectural services in a clear, organized, and attractive way. During implementation, we focused on highlighting the office’s expertise and previous projects in a way that reflects the quality of work and high precision in execution. We also designed modern interfaces that enhance client trust and facilitate the discovery of different services. We ensured organizing the content to make it easy to navigate and access information clearly and at high speed. Finally, we worked on improving the website’s performance to operate efficiently across all different browsers and devices.
Our Role
- We designed the full user experience and user interface (UI/UX) of the website.
- We organized the content and sections, such as architectural and engineering design, supervision, projects, company information, and contact.
- We developed the website to be responsive and to operate smoothly and easily across various devices such as mobile and desktop.
- We worked on improving the website loading speed and ensuring easy access to all information without complexity.
- We provided electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, Valu, Apple Pay, and integration with the National Bank of Egypt electronic payment gateway through Visa and MasterCard, Commercial International Bank, Paymob for electronic payments, Kashier for electronic payments, Amazon Payment Services, PayTabs for payments, payment via Meeza Card, payment via e-wallets, and payment via Vodafone Cash.
The challenge
One of the challenges we faced was presenting the diverse engineering services, designs, supervision, and engineering solutions in an organized and clearly structured way within one platform, ensuring that the information is easy to understand for all users even if they do not have a prior engineering background.
Our Approach
We began our implementation by designing a clear site map that includes all Dar Mass services in full. We built clear pages with clean interfaces that facilitate browsing and access for all users. After that, we developed the website using a responsive design to ensure excellent display across all different devices. We also arranged the presentation of services and projects in a coordinated and attractive way that reflects the high quality of work.
Customer Journey
We collaborated with the Dar Mass team from the beginning to define the required services and content. We reviewed the design and content before launch, then launched the website. The result was a professional website that reflects the identity of the engineering office and clearly and smoothly presents its services, making it easy for clients to access information and communicate without any complexity.
