Khafy
Overview
The Shark Clicks team worked on developing the Khafy platform, which is considered one of the best platforms currently available. It is one of the leading digital solutions that help companies evaluate the quality of services and experiences through mystery shopping and surveys, as well as advanced data analysis. Our goal was to deliver an easy and reliable technical experience that supports smart decision-making based on accurate data. We focused on designing a simple and flexible system that meets various needs across different sectors and allows clear and easy performance tracking. We also ensured simplifying the presentation of results and reports to help teams quickly understand data and take appropriate actions. In addition, we relied on best technical practices to ensure data security and accuracy. Furthermore, we worked on improving user interfaces to provide a better interactive experience that supports easy navigation and increases the platform’s daily usability efficiency.
Our Role
- We designed the website’s user interfaces, enabling companies to create surveys or task requests easily through simple and fast-to-understand services.
- We developed a system for registering and verifying mystery shoppers and managing various tasks, with the integration of smart data analytics and reports such as Power BI that highlight companies’ strengths and weaknesses.
- We provided electronic payment services and payment gateways such as Fawry, Aman, Masary, ValU, and Apple Pay, in addition to integration with the National Bank of Egypt’s electronic payment gateway via Visa and MasterCard, Commercial International Bank (CIB), Arab African International Bank, Amazon Payment Services, Meeza Card payments, electronic wallet payments, and Vodafone Cash.
- We created detailed service pages such as execution reports, BI analytics, and customized surveys, along with content explaining how to transform shoppers’ feedback into successful action plans.
- We ensured that the platform is responsive and operates smoothly across different devices, while improving the user experience to guarantee fast access and analysis without any difficulties.
The challenge
One of the most challenging aspects was translating the concept of mystery shopping and customer experience analysis into an optimal digital interface that is easy to use and understandable for all companies—not only experts, but also all business owners seeking improvement. It was also essential to present analytics and data in a clear and simple way, as corporate-focused services still require flexible and easy language, while ensuring that all mystery shoppers operate in a highly professional manner that achieves the best tangible results.
Our Approach
Initially, we reviewed the customer experience market in Saudi Arabia and analyzed how companies measure current service quality. We then designed the platform structure and core services such as executive reporting and survey creation. After that, we moved on to developing the technical system, creating the company interface and the mystery shopper interface, along with multiple data and analytics tools, and integrating them with algorithms that transform data into recommendations. Finally, we conducted extensive user experience and performance testing to ensure that all steps—from requesting a task to receiving the final report—function smoothly before the official launch.
Customer Journey
One of the most important phases during project preparation is collaboration with the client and their journey with us, which helps deliver the project using the best methods and highest execution quality. Therefore, we collaborated with the Khafy team from the beginning through vision-setting and service prioritization sessions. The client also participated in reviewing prototypes and testing, which enabled us to launch a highly professional platform tailored to all their needs. After launch, the platform became a powerful tool for business owners to analyze customer experiences and manage performance effectively.
